Get in touchIf you wish to apply for a property after you have viewed it, you will need to complete an application form and return it to our office.
In the event of an out of hours emergency please refer to your rent book for contact number.
You will also be required to:
- Provide a suitable Guarantor who is resident in Northern Ireland.
- Provide a bank reference (also required from Guarantor)
- Pay the first month's rent in advance, by cheque, cash or bank transfer
- Pay the equivalent of one month's rent as a security deposit, by cheque, cash or bank transfer
Some landlords may consider applicants who are in receipt of housing benefit. Please check with our office.
NOTE: Once you have been accepted in principle, we can hold the property for you on payment of a £100 non-refundable holding deposit. This would then be deducted from your first month's rent if the application proceeds to a tenancy.
